What a breath of fresh air this book was! {A Modern Woman’s Guide to a Natural Empowering Birth} It is so hard to find books about childbirth that does not focus on pain.
I loved the rawness of this book and its ability to empower the reader. I was so empowered in my birth thanks to a handful of books like this one.
I myself had a pain free birth (my first birth I left feeling a little traumatised).
Scripture says to renew your minds continually, we need more books like Katrina’s to renew our minds about birth. It can be pain free, it can be empowering and joyful.
