Birth Goddess (“BG”) strives to achieve best practice and as such it has chosen to align itself with particular reputable and proven delivery systems. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment’s clearance, via the most reliable, cost and time efficient means. This means that all orders dispatched to Australian addresses are expected to be received within 7 working days.
We note that the onus of providing complete and correct shipping/delivery details rests with the buyer at the time of checkout. In circumstances where we are required to re-dispatch an order, due to incorrect details being provided, any costs associated with this action will be borne by the buyer.

Without limiting the operation of any other policy herein nor any statutory obligations on behalf of BG, its employees, agents, representatives and affiliated parties will not be held responsible for any loss, damage whatsoever, from a late delivery or non delivery of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other policy herein, you agree that late delivery either through post or processing time does not constitute a failure on our part, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
All responsibility for the products passes with the dispatch of the order. BG is not responsible for any loss or damage to the purchased product whilst in transit. The risk of loss and damage passes to the buyer at the time of delivery of the article containing the purchased products to the postal system facilitator. All costs associated with recovering / or investigating lost or damaged orders rests with the buyer.
If you believe that your order has been lost or stolen in transit, please contact us at accounts@birthgoddess.com.au to allow us to commence an investigation with Australian postal authorities into the whereabouts of your order. Please note, such investigation may take from 30 to 80 days to complete.
Should you wish to insure your article against loss or damage sustained in transit, please contact us prior to finalizing your purchase to allow us to arrange for such insurance, at an additional fee to be borne by you.
The purchaser and/or recipient is responsible for paying any associated import tariff, duties, levies and customs fees and all other fees associated with collection of the parcel at the recipient’s nominated address with BG not being held responsible for any fees whatsoever beyond those incurred in delivering the article in question to the point of postal transit.
