It really is such an informative, empowering & inspirational book for any expectant mum to have!!

moran livianiI found it empowering through all the quotes you added in it as well as giving professional information with the birth stories so it really enveloped all the elements a new mum would need to see that the information you provided is actually true through real life stories and not something made up.

I especially like how you wrote in there about having a plan and not just going with the flow which I find is something EXTREMELY important. As you really set yourself up for failure if you do that.

A lot of other books stick to one thing or another where I find this is a bit of everything and it focuses not necessarily on having a natural birth but a positive experience. I facilitate the positive birth meetings on the Gold Coast and this really resonates with me as that is what I try to tell mums that it’s not about having an intervention free birth but about the way they felt and the knowing that they had choices in birth

By far my favourite part is the chapter “Knowledge is Birth Power” as I truly believe that!
I have a big lending library of books I give my clients to read and this one has been given heaps of times.
It really is such an informative, empowering and inspirational book for any expectant mum to have!!
